A 16 percent assessment increase, known as an “equalizing factor,” is being applied to properties in Buck, Elbridge, Embarrass, Grandview, Hunter, Kansas, Shiloh, Stratton, Symmes and Young America townships. Brouilletts Creek and Edgar are getting 11 percent increases.
