April 19, at 1:01 a.m., Adam Callaway, 46, Paris, was arrested at 738 West Benton on an in-state warrant (IDOC). Callaway was transported to the Edgar County jail where he was held without bond.

April 19, at 11:32 a.m., Zachary R. Williamson, 18, was arrested in the 200 block of Moss Street for domestic battery, possession of adult-use cannabis in the passenger area of a motor vehicle, no valid driver’s license, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and threatening a public official. Williamson was transported to the Edgar County jail pending a court appearance.

April 19, at 1:48 p.m., Kimberly C. Truelove, 25, Paris, was cited at Jasper and Lower Terre Haute Road for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Truelove was released on a notice to appear in court.

April 19, at 5:17 p.m., Lindsey R. Golden, 29, Paris, was cited at Michigan and Jackson for disorderly conduct. Golden was released on a notice to appear in court.

April 19, at 8:20 p.m., Jake J. Sudduth, 31, Paris was arrested at 15150 US Highway 150 for Burglary and methamphetamine possession. Sudduth was transported to the Edgar County jail and was then released on a notice to appear in court.

April 19, at 8:20 p.m., Ashley K. Harbour, 37, Paris, was arrested at 15150 US Highway 150 for burglary and criminal trespass to land. Harbour was transported to the Edgar County jail and was then released on a notice to appear in court.

April 20, at 9:38 p.m., Kody F. Kile, 30, Marshall, was cited at Jasper and Marshall for improper display. Kile was released on a notice to appear in court.

April 20, at 10:44 p.m., Thomas N. Thompson, 37, Paris, was arrested in the 400 block of Alexander for disorderly conduct. Thompson was transported to the Edgar County jail and was then released on a notice to appear in court.

April 21, at 8:45 a.m., Rick A. Herrington, 56, Paris, was issued a city ordinance citation for 157.01 – living in a non-permanent structure at 314 West Adams. Herrington was given a city court date.

April 21, at 9:05 a.m., Paul Hornbrook, 56, Paris, was issued a city ordinance citation for 157.01 – living in a non-permanent structure at 219 West Edgar. Hornbrook was given a city court date.

The public is reminded that all people arrested, or otherwise charged, are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
