May 8, at 9:22 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

May 8, at 8:05 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

May 9, at 10:50 a.m., the department was dispatched to 519 East Madison for an odor investigation. No problems were found at the location.

May 9, at 1:18 p.m., the department was dispatched to EZ Care for an automatic alarm. No problems were found at the location.

May 9, at 2:20 p.m., the department was dispatched to a location of West Madison to assist the police department and the Horizon Health ambulance.

May 9, at 6:43 p.m., the department was dispatched for a one-vehicle accident north of Paris. Firefighters checked the vehicle for hazards. The Vermilion and Redmon stations of the Paris Community Fire Protection District also responded to the scene.

May 9, at 8:33 p.m., the department was dispatched to Paris Community Hospital for an automatic alarm. The problem was traced to a faulty detector.

May 9, at 10:26 p.m., the department was dispatched to 429 West Elizabeth for a carbon monoxide investigation. The problem was traced to a faulty detector.

May 10, at 12:53 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

May 10, at 3:22 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

May 10, at 4:25 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

May 10, at 5:47 a.m., the department was dispatched to Wal-Mart for an automatic alarm. It was determined dust from a Shop-Vac triggered the alarm.

May 11, at 11:03 p.m., the department was dispatched to the 400 block of East Wood for a one-vehicle accident. Firefighters assisted the Horizon Health Ambulance with loading one patient, checked the vehicle for hazards and stood by until a tow service cleared the scene.

May 13, at 8:50 a.m., the department was dispatched to 16856 U.S. Highway 150 for a residential fire alarm. On scene, it was determined an insect fogger triggered the alarm.

May 13, at 11:19 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

May 14, at 3:29 p.m., the department was dispatched to High and Highland Court for a two-vehicle accident. Firefighters assisted with one patient and traffic control.
