Nov. 22, at 10:10 a.m., the department was dispatched to 15317 U.S. Route 150 for an odor investigation. On scene, firefighters traced the problem to a bad light ballast.

Nov. 23, at 2:25 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Nov. 23, at 5:44 a.m., the Vermilion Station of the Paris Community Fire Protection District was dispatched to provide medical assistance.
