Oct. 13, at 9:55 a.m., James C. Tretter, 40, 305 Chestnut, was arrested at 408 North Jefferson on an Edgar County warrant. Tretter was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending posting of bond.

Oct 13, at 2:15 p.m., a two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at Wood Street and Monterey Street. The first vehicle involved was a 2011 Ford driven by Goldia M. Laknster, 20, Brocton. The second vehicle was a 2013 Ford driven by Crystal K. Love, 43, Texas, and owned by Debra K. Evans. Both vehicles sustained damages. Lankster was cited at the scene with failure to yield at an intersection and was released on a notice to appear in court.

Oct. 13, at 12:30 p.m., Patricia L. Ross, 50, 607 Cherry Point, Lot 34, was arrested at Rodeway Inn and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Ross was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.

Oct. 12, at 4:11 p.m., a two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at 153 U.S. Hwy. 150. The first vehicle involved was a 2010 Toyota driven by Ashley Y. Dye, 27, 705 Alexander, and owned by David Suess. The second vehicle was a 1986 GMC driven by David Sewell, 68, rural Paris. Both vehicles sustained damages. Dye was cited at the scene with no valid drivers license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Dye was released on a notice to appear in court.

Oct. 14, at 12:15 a.m., Andgrie L. Turner, 29, Terre Haute, Ind., was stopped at Jefferson and Jasper and charged with driving while license suspended. Turner was released on a notice to appear in court.
