Jan. 1, at 12:03 a.m., James E. Rogers, 59, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested at Highland Court and High on an out of state warrant and charged locally with illegal transportation of alcohol. Rogers was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending posting of bond.

Jan. 1, at 9:57 p.m., Jerry J. Stevens, 50, West Terre Haute, Ind., was stopped at Main and Union and charged with disobeying a traffic control device. Stevens was released on a notice to appear in court.

Jan. 2, at 12:18 a.m., Michael J. Phipps, 35, Marshall, was arrested at Main and Court and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, no registration displayed and improper lighting. Phipps was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending posting of bond.

Jan. 2, at 10:35 p.m., Kaleb A. Sink, 24, 708 E. Wood, Apt. F, was arrested at his residence and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting/obstructing a peace officer. Sink was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending posting of bond.

Jan. 3, at 3:08 a.m., Anthony D. Foote, 25, Watson, was arrested at 616 South Austin and charged with criminal trespass to residence, violation of condition of bond and interfering with 911 call. Foote was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.

Jan. 3, at 9:23 p.m., Aaron S. Ingram, 28, 414 Douglas Street, was arrested at Crawford and High and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Ingram was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.

Jan. 4, at 12:18 a.m., Michael J. Bowling, 35, Terre Haute, Ind., was stopped at Main and Jasper and charged with driving while license suspended. Bowling was released on a notice to appear in court.
