Feb. 19, at 11:20 a.m., Dustin R. Comstock, 32, Charleston, was arrested at state Route 16 and state Rout 133 and charged with driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. Comstock was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending posting of bond.
Feb. 20, at 6:02 a.m., Nathaniel L. Goodman, 26, 324 Parrish, was arrested at Court and Jefferson on an Edgar County warrant. Goodman was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending posting of bond.
Feb. 20, at 8:24 p.m., Robert F. Cooley Jr., 36, 912 W. Madison, was arrested at 601 West Court Street and charged with criminal trespass to vehicle. Cooley was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.
