Dec. 3, at 6:08 a.m., Mark A. Cassity, 60, 509 LaSalle, was stopped at Jasper and High and charged with no lights (front or back). Cassity was released on a notice to appear in court.

Dec. 3, at 6:27 a.m., Ryan P. Gardner, 46, Oakwood, was arrested at 2296 North Main and charged with disorderly conduct. Gardner was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending posting of bond.

Dec. 3, at 3:44 p.m., a two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at state Route 1 and Gibson Drive. The first vehicle involved was a 2013 Cadillac SRX driven by Bethany D. Hubbard, 59, 306 Sheriff Street. The second vehicle was a 2007 Pontiac G6 driven by Wendy A. Poe, no age provided, Marshall. Both vehicles sustained damages in the accident. Hubbard was cited at the scene with failure to yield-stop intersection and released on a notice to appear in court.

Dec. 3, at 4:30 p.m., a two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at 2277 South Main Street. The first vehicle involved was a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Blake A. Antrim, 23, Marshall. The second vehicle was a 2015 Chevrolet utility driven by Jeanie L. Kelly, 54, 14 Twin Lakes Drive. Both vehicles sustained damages in the accident. No citations were issued.

Dec. 3, at 10:25 p.m., Jessie l. Powell, 30, 305 E. Jackson, was stopped at Van Buren and Main and charged with defective muffler. Powell was released on a notice to appear in court.
