Feb. 8, at 5:22 a.m., Vicki L. Wittenmyer, 60, Clinton, Ind., was stopped at Hawkeye Drive and U.S. Route 150 and charged with speeding (70 in a 55 mph zone). Wittenmyer was released on a notice to appear in court.

Feb. 8, at 3:52 p.m., Anthony R. Marchant, 36, 919 N. Central, was arrested at Sheriff and Wood and charged with driving while license suspended and city ordinance 132.5-possession of cannabis. Marchant was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending posting of bond and was issued a city court date for the city ordinance violation.

Feb. 8, at 6:42 p.m., Jason D. Nield, 38, rural Paris, was stopped at Boydston and Carroll and charged with driving while license revoked. Nield was released on a notice to appear in court.

Feb. 8, 7:30 p.m., Cody A. Rigdon, 29, 531 N. Austin St., was arrested at his residence and charged with violation of an order of protection. Rigdon was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending the posting of bond.

Feb. 8, at 9:35 p.m., a 17-year-old female juvenile was stopped at Main and Vandalia Way and charged with speeding (50 in a 40 mph zone). The female juvenile was released on a notice to appear in court.

Feb. 9, at 1:33 a.m., Chance T.D. Jones, 18, Olney, was arrested at Sheriff and Wood and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Jones was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending the posting of bond.

Feb. 9, at 1:33 a.m., Benjamin B. Boddy, 18, 414 W. Arthur, was arrested at Sheriff and Wood and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Boddy was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending the posting of bond.

Feb. 9, at 1:33 a.m., a 16-year-old male juvenile was arrested at Sheriff and Wood and charged with city ordinance 132.2-curfew violation. The male juvenile was transported to the police department, given a city court date and released to a parent.

Feb. 9, at 1:33 a.m., a 12-year-old male juvenile was arrested at Sheriff and Wood and charged with city ordinance 132.2-curfew violation. The male juvenile was transported to the police department, given a city court date and released to a parent.

Feb. 9, at 8:31 a.m., Kaylee M. Landsaw, 18, 317 N. Jefferson was stopped at Cherry Point and Parrish Street and charged with speeding (60 in a 30 mph zone). Landsaw was released on a notice to appear in court.

Feb. 9, at 10:14 a.m., a two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at Clinton Road and Eagle Ridge Drive. The first vehicle involved was a 2016 Dodge Ram driven by Aaron L. Shanks, 44, 405 E. Newton. The second vehicle was a 2011 Dodge four-door driven by Robert K. Goddard, 55, 1508 Ten Broeck Street. Both vehicles were damaged. Shanks was cited at the scene for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Shanks was released on a notice to appear in court.

Feb. 9, at 4:45 p.m., Scott Labaume, 37, 222 E. Edgar St., was stopped at Crawford and Main and charged with no valid drivers license, expired registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Labaume was released on a noticed to appear in court.

Feb. 10, at 12:27 a.m., Jackie G. Wilson, 29, 713 W. Madison, was arrested at 129 East Court Street, and charged with obstructing a peace officer. Wilson was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending the posting of bond.

Feb. 10, at 3:41 p.m., Stephanie L. Hovis, 31, 319 E. Madison, was arrested at Jefferson and Elm and charged with driving while license suspended and driving without light when required. Hovis was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending the posting of bond.

Feb. 10, at 6:40 p.m., a one-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at Main and Elliott. The first vehicle involved was a 1999 Ford truck driven by John M. Noble, 68, rural Paris. Damage occurred to the vehicle when Noble’s vehicle drove over the median and damaged a stop sign. Noble was issued a citation for improper lane usage and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Noble was released on a notice to appear in court.
