March 13, at 7:43 a.m., a two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at Central and Elizabeth. The first vehicle involved was a 2010 Chrysler van driven by Betty J. Baldwin, 64, Chrisman. The second vehicle was a 2010 Ford utility driven by Tina M. Alexander, 56, 14 Sims Drive. Both vehicles were damaged. Baldwin was cited at the scene with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and was released on a notice to appear in court.

March 13, at 3:36 p.m., a two-vehicle accident with injury occurred at Central and Blackburn. The first vehicle involved was a 2010 Ford driven by Travis W. Tyler, 35, 3 Curry Drive and owned by Rides Mass Transit District. The second vehicle was a 2001 Chevrolet driven by Heather L. Smith, 37, 123 W. Elliott. Both vehicles were damaged and Smith was transported by ambulance to the emergency room for treatment. Tyler was cited at the scene with disobeying a stop sign and was released on a notice to appear in court.
