May 7, at 9:04 a.m., Logan J. Biddle, 17, 614 St. Clair, was arrested in the 1100 block of North Main and charged with no valid drivers license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper display of registration, resisting a peace officer and illegal possession of tobacco by a minor. Biddle was transported to the Paris Police Department and later released to a parent.

May 7, at 1:27 p.m., Thomas D. Martin, 55, 510 Douglas, was arrested at 1000 South Central and charged with criminal trespass to property and burglary. Martin was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.

May 7, at 1:27 p.m., Stephen L. Miller, 32, 711 W. Carroll, was arrested at 1000 South Central and charged with criminal trespass to property and burglary. Miller was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.

May 7, at 5:20 p.m., Eric E. Vice, 37, 402 E. Union St., was cited at his residence for city ordinances 155.11-outdoor accumulation of junk; and 301.11-outdoor storage of upholstered furniture. Vice was released on a notice to appear in city court.

May 7, at 7:31 p.m., a three-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at Main and Court. The first vehicle involved was a 1999 Harley-Davidson driven by Michael A. Starr, 31, 207 Morton. The second vehicle was a parked 2005 Ford Ranger owned by Bradley J. Hammer, Clinton, Indiana. The third vehicle was a parked 2006 Ford F-150 owned by Jeremy D. Wright, Clinton, Indiana. All vehicles sustained damages. Starr was arrested and charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Starr was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending the posting of bond.

May 7, at 7:51 p.m., Douglas A. Cordell, 40, 408 W. Elizabeth, was arrested at 316 S. Main Street and charged with criminal damage to state supported property, disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer and criminal trespass. Cordell was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.

May 7, at 10:07 p.m., Ryan L. Littleton, 25, 611 Elm St., was arrested at 405 W. Jasper and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Littleton was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.
