Nov. 29, at 9:50 a.m., a two-vehicle accident with injury occurred at the intersection of Main and Wood. The first vehicle involved was a 2004 Buick four-door driven by Ryan J. Bicknell, 35, 317 Bayard. The second vehicle was a 2014 Ford sedan driven by David M. Smith, 46, Marshall. Damage occurred to both vehicles. Smith was transported to the Horizon Health Emergency Room and treated and released. Bicknell was cited at the scene for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and was released on a notice to appear in court.

Nov. 30, at 6:29 p.m., Ronald R. Sons, 29, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested at 15150 U.S. Route 150 and charged with resisting and obstructing a peace officer, retail theft and possession of methamphetamine. Sons was transported to the Edgar county Jail pending a court appearance.

Nov. 30, at 6:31 p.m., Michael A. Adamovich, 24, Terre Haute, Ind., arrested at 701 E. Jasper Street on an Edgar County warrant and additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and conspiracy. Adamovich was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.

Nov. 30, at 8:32 p.m., a one-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at 211 Buena Vista. The vehicle involved was a 2004 Jeep driven by Lori A. Marietta, 48, 232 Buena Vista. Damage occurred to the vehicle. No citations were issued.

Dec. 1, at 10:25 p.m., Zachariah J. Ricketts, 31, Paris, was arrested at Madison and Jefferson on an Edgar County warrant. Ricketts was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending the posting of bond.
