Sept. 5, at 8:30 a.m., Angel E. Ellington, 41, 910 Shaw, was issued city ordinance violation 93.76-excessive vegetation height. Ellington was given a city court date.

Sept. 5, at 9:03 a.m., Christina L. Kemper, 47, 1708 S. Central, was stopped at Central and Arthur Street and charged with driving while license revoked. Kemper was released on a notice to appear in court.

Sept. 5, at 9:30 a.m., a juvenile was cited at his residence for city ordinance violation 96.048-operating bicycle in central business district. The juvenile was issued a city court date.

Sept. 30, at 9:50 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Sept. 30, at 1:24 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Aug. 31, at 8:52 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Aug. 31, at 9:16 p.m., the department was dispatched to 820 East Blackburn for an activated carbon monoxide detector. On scene, it was determined the detector was bad.

Aug. 31, at 9:47 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Sept. 1, at 5:05 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Sept. 1, at 11 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Sept. 2, at 10:14 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Sept. 2, at 1:05 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Sept. 2, at 6:28 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Sept. 2, at 8:53 p.m., the department was dispatched to Clinton Road, just east of the railroad tracks, for a car versus tractor accident. Firefighters secured one vehicle. The Vermilion Station of the Paris Community Fire Protection District also responded to the call.

Sept. 3, at noon, the department was dispatched to the Human Resources Center, 753 East Court, for an automatic alarm. On scene, it was determined a malfunction triggered the alarm.

Sept. 4, at 11:16 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Sept. 4, at 7:32 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Sept. 5, at 2:23 p.m., the department was dispatched to 308 East Washington for an illegal burn. The fire was extinguished and a copy of the city burn ordinance was issued.
