A one-vehicle accident resulted in the closure of E 800th Road south of Paris on the morning of Friday, July 14.
A truck hauling a load of logs to the Potts Lane Landscape Waste Facility flipped on its side, blocking traffic and sending a bed full of logs tumbling onto the shoulder. Fortunately, the driver of the vehicle escaped unscathed.
The road will remain closed until crews are able to clean up the logs and set the vehicle upright.
