The annual Honeybee Festival buzzed to life in Paris despite stormy conditions Sept. 27-28. A highlight of the annual two-day event was the Honeybee Parade, Saturday, Sept. 28. Starting at 11 a.m. vehicles and floats representing a variety of local organizations, churches, schools, groups and individuals traveled around the square.
The parade is organized by the Paris Lions Club and supported by several organizations including the Paris Area Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis Club. More information about the parade and festival weekend can be found on the Facebook page "Honeybee Festival - Paris, IL."
