Brinkley graduates summa cum laude from Indiana State

Benjamon Brinkley, son of Shannon and Trisha Brinkley, graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College of Indiana State University with a bachelor's degree in criminology and criminal justice and a bachelor's degree in intelligence analysis. He was awarded the Hines Memorial Medal for graduating with the highest honors classification cumulative grade point average.

While at Indiana State University, he was a member of the welcome team and Delta Sigma Phi. He served as the president of the interfraternity council and a senator with the student government association. He worked as the testing coordinator for the Student Services Disability Office. After graduation, he will pursue a career in the criminal justice field in the Indianapolis area. 

Brinkley was a 2017 graduate of Chrisman High School.
