St. Charles – Dale Edward Schiele, 78, of St. Charles, passed away September 11, 2022.
A memorial service is 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 16, at Yurs Funeral Home. Burial is private.
Mr. Schiele was born Aug. 12, 1944, the son of Howard Schiele and
Blanche Van Devender.
He is survived by his son, Chad (Staci Harrington) Schiele of Elgin and daughter, Amy (Joseph) Fligelman of Kenosha, Wis., grandsons; Payson and Ryker of Elgin; sister, Bonnie Hess of Paris; and several nieces and nephews
He was a 1962 graduate of Paris High School and a 1964 graduate of IllinoisCommercial College in Champaign.
Mr. Schiele was in the accounting profession for 53 years, a member of Hosanna!
Lutheran Church, a volunteer blood donor and did various voluntary work including work with the Lazarus House Homeless Shelter.
Memorial donations may be made to the Lazarus House.
