Forest Stanley Kelly, 82, of Vermilion, passed away at 9:10 p.m. Monday, Jan. 17, 2022, at Horizon Health Paris Community Hospital.
A service celebrating his life is 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, at Templeton Funeral Home in Paris, with the Rev. Kevin Levellie officiating. Burial, with military honors, follows in Vermilion Cemetery. Visitation is from 11 a.m. until the service time Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to Nevins Christian Church.
