Keith Alan Cox, 66, of Paris, passed away at 10:14 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14, 2020, at his residence. He was a former quality control engineer with MECO of Paris and Casey Tool and Machine of Casey.

A graveside service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, at Oak Grove Cemetery, east of Paris, with Bro. Karl Marshall officiating. Burial follows. Templeton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Cox was born Jan. 11, 1954, in Paris, the son of the late Elmer and Julia Faye Ludington Cox. He married Cindy L. Beschorner April 6, 1974, in Paris, and she survives.

Other survivors include three children, Scott (Kim) Cox, Chris (Nicole) Cox and Ashley (Alan) Marrs; five grandchildren, Sabria Cox, Caitlyn Cox, Ethan Cox, Emma Cox and Maxwell Marrs all of Paris; and an aunt, Lillian Curry of Centenary, Ind.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Raymond Curry.

Mr. Cox loved working with his hands and was an accomplished, award-winning woodworker. He also enjoyed being outdoors and gardening. He was especially proud of his Shelby Mustang and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
