Patricia “Patty” Ann Wilson, 76, Paris, went home to be with her Lord and Savior at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8. 

Visitation is from 10 am to noon Thursday, Sept. 15, at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home with graveside service and burial following at Grandview Cemetery. 

Mrs. Wilson was born on Aug. 4th, 1946, in Paris, IL. The daughter of the late Clifford “Phil” Homer Wilson and Kathleen G. McConkey Wilson. She married Raymond Allen Wilson on Aug. 14th, 1980, in Paris. He proceeded her in death, along with her stepson, Tony Allen Wilson and granddaughter, Kenlea Faith Kelly.

She was a devoted and loving mother to her surviving children; Tamara Lynn Forte of Indiana, Theresa Ann Abuharb of North Carolina, Kenneth “Troy” Stone of Illinois and Tonya Jean Kelly of Illinois.

Other survivors are, her siblings; David E. Wilson, Barbara J. Lynch, Shirley J. Bercaw and Daniel Philip “Phil” Wilson, all of Paris as well as several beloved grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren, and step great grandchildren.

Mrs. Wilson was a loving and caring certified nursing assistant and caregiver for many years and a long-time active member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Paris, IL

She will be remembered for her deep devotion for her Lord and for her children. Her stories, her humor and her love will be greatly missed. 

She will now be reunited with those she has missed so much in Heaven.
