March 13, at 6:51 p.m., Michael L. Carver-Phillippi, 19, 513 N. Central, was charged at Grandview and Madison with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of cannabis under the age of 21.
March 13, at 6:51 p.m., a juvenile was arrested at Madison and Grandview and charged with criminal damage to property, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of adult use cannabis by a minor. The juvenile was released to the custody of a parent on a notice to appear in court.
March 13, at 8:43 p.m., a juvenile was arrested at Madison and Grandview and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. The juvenile was released to the custody of a parent on a notice to appear in court.
