Paris Police Department
On Nov. 4, at 8 p.m., Amanda Hood was arrested at 311 Bayard on an Edgar County warrant. Hood was transported to the Edgar County Jail.
On Nov. 5, at 10:23 a.m. Andrew Garvin, 37, of Paris, was arrested for Expired Registration. Garvin was released with a notice.
On Nov. 6, at 7:30 p.m., Paige Plew, of Pari.s was arrested at 1103 N. Main and charged with Retail Theft, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe and Violation of Pre-trial Release. Plew was transported to the Edgar County Jail
