Oct. 15, at 12:37 p.m., the department was dispatched to a location on state Route 16 between 1000 and 1025 E for a two-vehicle accident. Firefighters assisted with one patient and stood by for traffic control.

Oct. 15, at 1:26 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Oct. 15, at 2:52 p.m., the department was dispatched to Tiger Apartments on Main Street for a report of a smoking truck. No problems were found at the location.

Oct. 16. At 7:16 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Oct. 16, at 10:05 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Oct. 17, at 9:25 p.m., the department received a call at the station about a possible natural gas leak at 1510 Ten Broeck Street. Firefighters traced the smell to a leaking drain and advised the resident to contact a repair service.

Oct. 18, at 12:08 a.m., the Vermilion Station of the Paris Community Fire Protection District was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Oct. 18, at 9:29 p.m., the department was dispatched to 214 W. Arthur for a possible illegal burn. The fire was extinguished, and the resident advised of the city burn ordinance.

Oct. 19, at 9 p.m., the department was dispatched to Wabash Avenue for a possible illegal burn. On scene, firefighters advised the resident of the city burn ordinance.

Oct. 21, at 12:04 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Oct. 21, at 2:31 p.m., the department was dispatched for a two-vehicle accident on state Route 16 at the Grandview-Dudley Road. Firefighters extricated three patients from one vehicle and assisted with helicopter operations
