May 10, at 5:33 p.m., a two-vehicle accident occurred at South Central and West Court. The first vehicle involved was a 2000 Honda Civic driven by Robert L. Bealmear, 27, Terre Haute, Ind. The second vehicle was a parked and unoccupied 2016 Chevrolet Cruze owned by Jennifer Macke. Bealmear was transported to the emergency room by Horizon Health EMS and treated for his injuries. Both vehicles were damaged.

May 10, at 7 p.m., Kiersten K. Poznanski, 16, 820 W. Crawford, was stopped at Bridges School and charged with reckless driving. Poznanski was released on a notice to appear in court.

May 11, at 8:54 a.m., Donna Entrican, 56, 1008 N Central, was issued two city ordinance citations for outdoor accumulation of junk and trash at 1008 North Central and outdoor accumulation of junk and trash at 124 North Main. Entrican was given a city court date.

May 11, at 10:55 a.m., Laura A. Turner, 49, Chrisman, was issued two city ordinance citations 93.76-tall grass and weeds and 93.91-outdoor accumulation of material and debris harboring vermin at 212 East Monroe in Paris.

May 11, at 11:47 a.m., a two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at East Jasper and Kroger Plaza Drive. The first vehicle involved was a 1995 Ford Ranger driven by Jacqualine L. Drew, 66, 48 Highland Court. The second vehicle was a 2012 Ford F-250 driven by William C. Horrell, 64, Dennison. Both vehicles sustained damages. Drew was cited at the scene with failure to yield at a private drive and was released on a notice to appear in court.

May 12, at 3:25 a.m., Brittini E. Rios, 30, 714 Elm, was stopped int the 100 block of East Washington and charged with no valid registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Rios was released on a notice to appear in court.
