Sept. 17, at 5:42 p.m., a two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at 509 Ten Broeck. The first vehicle involved was a 1992 Chevrolet truck driven by Michael E. Powell, 29, 720 E. Court St., Apt. 41. The second vehicle was a parked 2005 Ford sedan. Damage occurred to both vehicles. Powell was charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing vehicle damage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on a notice to appear in court.

Sept. 18, at 1:56 a.m., Brianna L. Wimmer, 19, 13676 E 650th Rd., was stopped at Wood and Main and charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Wimmer was released on a notice to appear in court.

Sept. 19, at 1:56 p.m., a 16-year-old male juvenile was arrested at Highland Court and charged with aggravated battery. The 16-year-old juvenile was released to a parent on a notice to appear in court.

Sept. 19, at 9:05 p.m., Jamesray A. Evans, 29, no address provided, was arrested at 225 Chestnut Street and charged with criminal trespass to land. Evans was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.

Sept 19, at 9:05 p.m., Kandice L. Dillon, 32, Evansville, Ind., was arrested at 225 Chestnut Street and charged with obstructing justice. Dillon was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.

Sept. 19, at 9:05 p.m., Joe W. Evans, 32, 607 Cherry Point, was arrested at 225 Chestnut Street on a Crawford County failure to appear warrant. Evans was transported the Edgar County Jail pending posting of bond.
