Jan. 18, at 1:08 a.m., Evan J. Kispert, 24, 310 W. Jackson, was stopped at Jasper and Michigan and charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving too fast for conditions. Kispert was released on a notice to appear in court.
Jan. 18, at 4:45 a.m., Courtnie E. Jewell, 41, Chrisman, was cited in the 700 block of West Elizabeth with parking where prohibited and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jewell was released on a notice to appear in court.
Jan. 18, at 7:20 a.m., Tyson J. Raney, 23, 324 E. Blackburn, was arrested at Main and Blackburn and charged with driving while license suspended. Raney was released on a notice to appear in court.
Jan. 18, at 9:54 a.m., Justin A. Maynard, 30, Peoria, was stopped at 404 South Main and charged with expired registration. Maynard was released on a notice to appear in court.
Jan. 18, at 9:57 p.m., Austin D. Porter, 24, 223 S. Austin, was arrested at his residence on an Edgar County warrant. Porter was transported to the Edgar County Jail where he was held pending posting of bond.
Jan. 18, at 10:39 p.m., Wesley M. Griffin, 40, 412 Clay St., was arrested at his residence on an Edgar County warrant. Griffin was transported to the Edgar County Jail where he was held pending posting of bond.
Jan. 18, no time provided, Terry L. Kennedy, 60, 504 Stevens, was arrested at 805 Alexander on failure to appear warrants from Edgar and Vermillion counties. Kennedy was transported to the Edgar County Jail where he was held pending posting of bond.
