Sept. 21, 4:55 a.m., Demarro D. Stewart, 19, Tylertown, Miss., was stopped at Jasper and Central and charged with disobeying a traffic control device. Stewart was released on a notice to appear.

Sept. 21, 9:27 p.m., Angela A. Gann, 48, 409 Okalla, was stopped at Main and Newton and charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle and suspended registration. Gann was released on a notice to appear.

Sept. 22, 12:48 a.m., Brittni E. Rios, 32, 714 Elm St., was arrested in the 500 block of Elm on two warrants from Edgar and Crawford counties. Rios was transported the Edgar County Jail pending extradition to Crawford County.

Sept. 16, Tiffany M. Ellis, Covington, Ky., was ticketed for speeding. She was released on a Notice to Appear.

Sept. 16, Holli J. Horn, Deland, Fla., was ticketed for speeding and operation of a vehicle while registration suspended. She was released on a notice to appear.

Sept. 17, Julia M. Sines, Normal, Ill., was ticketed for speeding. Sines was released on a notice to appear.

Sept. 17, Elvis Duran, Kansas, Ill., was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting a peace officer. Duran was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending bond being set.

Sept. 18, Christopher T. Harden, Terre Haute, Ind., was ticketed for no valid driver’s license. Harden was released on a notice to appear.

Sept. 18, James L. Ray, Paris, was arrested for improper lane usage and leaving scene of an accident. Ray was held at the Edgar County Jail pending bond being set.

Sept. 19, Gage A. Lynch, Ridgefarm, Ill., was ticketed for possession adult use cannabis in motor vehicle and speeding. Lynch was released on a notice to appear.

Sept. 20, Josh L. Michaels, Brocton, Ill., was ticketed for no valid insurance. Michaels was released on a Notice to Appear.
