Jan. 19, at 3:47 p.m., Logan J. Biddle, 21, 614 St. Clair, was stopped at Court and Jefferson and charged with no lights on motorized bicycle. Biddle was released on a notice to appear in court.

Jan. 19, at 5:21 a.m., Kimberly A. Brown, 35, rural Paris, was arrested in the 300 block of East Jasper and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of hypodermic syringe, disobeying a stop sign and possession of medical cannabis in motor vehicle outside of approved container. Brown was transported to the Edgar County Jail where she was held pending a court appearance.

Jan. 19, at 9:27 a.m., Daniel L. Henson, 24, no address provided, was arrested at Twin Lakes Park West and charged with burglary and resisting/obstructing a peace officer. Henson was transported to the Edgar County Jail.

Jan. 19, at 10:27 a.m., Chloe D. Jones, 25, Clinton, Ind., was stopped at Main Street and the CVS parking lot and charged with operating a motor vehicle without valid registration. Jones was released on a notice to comply.

Paris Fire Department

Jan. 13, at 11:27 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 13, at 11:37 a.m., the department was dispatched to Prairie and Sheriff for a two-vehicle accident. Firefighters secured the vehicles and checked for hazards.

Jan. 13, at 12:12 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 13, at 4:45 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 13, at 7:43 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 14, at 8:53 a.m., the department was dispatched to 2009 South Main for an activated alarm. On scene, it was confirmed the alarm was accidentally activated.

Jan. 14, at 3:20 p.m., the department was dispatched with the Oliver Station of the Paris Community Fire Protection District to 13952 E 650th Road for a one-vehicle accident. Firefighters extricated one patient.

Jan. 14, at 10:15 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 15, at 8:26 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 15, at 10:03 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 15, at 12:40 p.m., the department was dispatched to 310 South Eads for an automatic alarm. No problems were found at the location.

Jan. 15, at 11:48 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 16, at 11:52 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 16, at 2:51 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 17, at 11:36 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 18, at 2:04 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 18, at 4:20 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 18, at 7:30 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

Jan. 18, at 8:16 p.m., the department was dispatched to 6405 E 500th Road for a reported structure fire. On scene, a two-story house was fully involved. The Oliver, Grandview and Vermilion Stations of the Paris Community Fire Protection District and the Kansas Fire Department also responded to the call.

Jan. 19, at 6:07 p.m., the department was dispatched with the Oliver Station of the Paris Community Fire Protection District to 4370 Illinois Route 1 for a two-vehicle accident. Paris Fire was released from the call by the Oliver Station.

Jan. 20, at 5:31 a.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.
