No date or time provided, Penny I. Andrews, 54, 507 W. Washington, was stopped at Main and Kimble and charged with speeding (49 in a 35 mph zone) and was released on a notice to appear in court.

No date or time provided, Cameron D. Butler, 29, 623 S. Austin, Apt. 4B, was stopped at Court and Bayard and charged with expired registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to secure a child. Butler was released on a notice to appear in court.

No date or time provided, Clay M. Bess, 30, 410 N. Central, was stopped at Main and Kimble and charged with speeding (50 in a 35 mph zone) and was released on a notice to appear in court.

No date or time provided, Bobby L. Elmore, 50, no address provided, was arrested at 409 O’Kalla and charged with criminal trespass to property. Elmore was transported to the Edgar County Jail.

March 17, at 3:56 p.m., the department was dispatched to provide medical assistance.

March 19, at 12:49 p.m., the department was dispatched to Court and Main for a two-vehicle accident. Firefighters checked the vehicles for hazards.
