Arrests
On Sept. 23 at 6:03 a.m., Matthew S. Pardi, 32, of Paris was arrested at 1603 S. Central on an in-state warrant (IDOC). Pardi was transported to the Edgar County Jail where he was held without bond.
On Sept. 23 at 10:31 p.m., Emma J. Tresner, 19, of Marshall was arrested at the East Lake and was charged with Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, Resisting A Peace Officer and Aggravated Battery on a Peace Officer. Tresner was transported to the Edgar County Jail where she was held pending a court appearance.
On Sept. 24, at 1:29 p.m., Heather L. Kibler, 37, was issued city ordinance 98.02 Dog At Large. Kibler was issued a notice to appear in city court.
