What’s your name? Your grade? Where do you attend school?

Mara Bosch, Senior, Shiloh High School

What is(are) your favorite subject(s)? What draws you to that subject?

I love English because I love to read and write.

What extracurricular activities are you involved in (clubs, sports, volunteer efforts)? Why?

I am involved in FFA, FCA, Spanish Club, and NHS. I love participating in these clubs because I love meeting new people and creating new friendships.

What is your dream job?

Artist Management.

What is your favorite snack food?

Goldfish

Dream vacation spot?

I would love to go to Greece one day.

 What is a piece of media (book, movie, TV show, video game) you think everyone should experience?

Spongebob

What is your favorite memory from this school year so far?

Hanging out with my classmates and making memories throughout our last year of high school.

Who is a teacher, staff member, or coach who has made a positive impact on you? How did they do it?

A teacher who has made a positive impact on me is Ms. Boland, she has always done her best.

What is your advice to younger students?

Always try your best and do your homework.

What does your family look like? Do you have any siblings?

I am the only child, and I look like a mix between both my parents.

Do you have any pets? What is your favorite type of pet?

I have two dogs and one tortoise. My favorite type of pet is a dog.

If you can accomplish anything in your life, what would it be?

To find what I love to do, and make a career out of it.

What’s your favorite restaurant?

Mexican or Olive Garden.

If you could go to lunch with anyone, from any part of history, who would it be and why?

I would love to go to lunch with John Lennon because I want to know if he would have rejoined the Beatles or started a solo career.

What are your goals for 2024?             

Go to school and work hard.

What do you think is the biggest problem facing the world? Why?

I think it will be tough for me to adjust to not having/living with my parents and not being able to see my friends.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Don’t worry about what others think of you, because the only opinion that matters is yours.
