Buzz-ing to life! Mayo Middle School art students continue the annual honeybee tradition
More than 30 art students at Mayo Middle School have brought the windows of The Prairie Press to life with bee-utiful drawing of honeybees. Honeybee Festival visitors are invited to vote for their favorite member of the hive using a QR code in the window. Voting will remain open until midnight, Thursday, Oct. 3.

2024 is the fourth year in a row Mayo Middle School art students have created honeybee art to be displayed in downtown Paris during the annual Honeybee Festival. This year the artwork is visible in the windows of The Prairie Press. Art and bee-lovers alike are invited to vote for their favorite member of the hive using a QR code displayed in the window.
