New Beginnings Church is hosting a Candlelight Vigil to honor loved ones who have lost their lives to overdose from 7 – 8 p.m. on Aug. 31. The event includes a variety of speakers, lawn chair are encouraged. Funding for the event is provided in whole by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery.
