On Wednesday, July 15, the Edgar County Retired Teachers Association presented its annual scholarships to three recipients. All awardees must be a present education student in their third or fourth year of college. Thanks to generous donations by ECRTA members, the organization was able to grant three scholarships rather than the standard one.
