PARIS – In a memo sent to The Prairie Press, Edgar County Clerk and Recorder August Griffin announced the Edgar County Courthouse, located on the city square in Paris, will be open for early voters to cast their ballots on Saturday, Nov. 2, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The courthouse is also open to voters from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Courthouse security staff will be enforcing the building’s strict ‘no cell phones’ policy during early voting. Early voters are asked to inform security staff they are going to the County Clerk's office to vote.
