Fire, possible explosion, reported in Paris

Shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 4, a structure on Douglas Street caught fire following a loud sound, possibly an explosion, that shook the neighborhood. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. 

First responders were prompt in responding to the incident and no injuries were reported at the scene. The property did experience significant damage. The fire is the suspected cause of an internet outage in the surrounding area.
