KANSAS — The Kansas Police Department has announced assisting the Department of Homeland Security in arresting a village resident on charges of possession of child pornography.
According to the press release, officers from the Kansas Department and Homeland Security Agents served a federal arrest warrant at approximately 9:30 a.m. Thursday, March 9, on Benjamin Livingston, a tenant at the Water Street Apartments, 125 Water Street, Kansas.
The public is reminded that all people arrested, or otherwise charged, are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
