A new tattoo shop and recording studio has opened at 109 N. Central Avenue, Paris, Ill. Loco Estilo Ink and Flowhustler Studio have teamed together to bring a unique new amenity to the Paris community. The Paris Area Chamber of Commerce orchestrated a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m., Nov. 29. Juan Hernandez, owner of Loco Estilo Ink, hopes to use the new business as an opportunity to give back to the community, and his business partner, Flowhustler Studio, aims to bring people closer together and break cultural barriers through music production. Following their grand opening, Loco Estilo Ink also provided free temporary tattoos during Christmas in Paris on Nov. 30.
