Prospect Bank schedules Shred Day

Posted

Prospect Bank is pleased to announce its upcoming Shred Day event, taking place on Saturday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at all Prospect Bank locations. In celebration of Earth Day, the bank will offer free, secure shredding services to the community, helping residents protect their personal information while promoting responsible document disposal.

Shredding services will be available free of charge at all Prospect Bank locations. Customers and community members are welcome to bring sensitive documents, including financial statements, tax records, old bills and any paperwork containing personal information.

Please note: Drop-offs are limited to a maximum of two boxes or garbage bags full of documents per visit. For those wishing to bring larger quantities, participants are kindly asked to call their local branch in advance to make arrangements.

In partnership with the C.A.R.E. Coalition, Prospect Bank will also be hosting a Drug Take Back collection at the event. Residents are encouraged to bring old, unused or expired medications for safe and proper disposal. This free service helps keep harmful substances out of waterways and away from those who might misuse them.
