ROSC Council conducts survey

PARIS—The Edgar County Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) Council is conducting a community-wide survey to gauge public awareness of available resources related to substance use disorder and mental health.

The initiative reflects the ROSC Council’s commitment to enhancing community knowledge and accessibility of essential resources to support individuals in recovery.

Substance use disorder and mental health issues continue to affect individuals and families across Edgar County. By gathering insights from residents, the ROSC Council seeks to identify gaps in awareness and understanding of local resources, ultimately striving to improve access and support for those in need.

The survey is open to all residents of Edgar County and will remain open over the next two months, November and December. It is anonymous, and participants are encouraged to share their honest feedback and experiences.

By understanding how well our community knows about the available resources, we can better tailor our ROSC Council conducts survey programs and outreach efforts to meet the needs of our residents.

Participants are asked about their familiarity with local support services, including counseling, treatment options, prevention programs and educational resources related to substance use and mental health.

The results will be analyzed to inform future initiatives and resource allocation in Edgar County.
