March 14, at 6:28 p.m., Bee Jay Allan Tincher, 43, Clinton, Ind., was arrested at Main and Roberts and charged with criminal trespass to real property, theft, possession of methamphetamine and possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle. Tincher was transported to the Edgar County Jail where he was held pending a court appearance.
The public is reminded that all people arrested, or otherwise charged, are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
