May 3, at 12:14 a.m., Ashley M. Smith, 30, Chrisman, was cited at Monterey and Court for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper use of registration. Smith was released on a notice to appear in court.
May 3, at 2:56 p.m., Harvey J. Eslinger, 62, Paris was arrested at 218 North Main on an in-state Edgar County warrant and methamphetamine possession. Eslinger was transported to the Edgar County Jail where he was held pending a court appearance.
May 3, at 11:55 a.m., Joshua Johnson, 22, Paris, was cited at Central and Wood for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. Johnson was released on a notice to appear in court.
May 3, at 4:56 p.m., Randy J. Bramlett, 52, Paris, was arrested at Maple and Boydston for criminal trespass to real property, possession of a hypodermic syringe and violation of pretrial release. Bramlett was transported to the Edgar County jail pending a court appearance.
May 3, at 10:47 p.m., Ivan D. Eduardo, 41, Indianapolis, was cited at Clay and Young for no valid driver’s license. Eduardo was released on a notice to appear in court.
