Jan. 13, at 12:24 p.m., Andrew S. Rozman, 25, 819 E. Blackburn, was arrested at 300 South Main and charged with criminal trespass to property. Rozman was transported to the Edgar County Jail for processing and later released on a notice to appear in court.

Jan. 13, at 12:32 p.m., a two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at Central and Wood. The first vehicle involved was a 1997 Ford station wagon driven by Howard Wieck, 78, Chrisman. The second vehicle was a 2014 Chevrolet sedan driven by Courtney R. Dick, 30, 5 Curry Drive. Damage occurred to both vehicles. No citations were issued.

Jan. 13, at 12:39 p.m., a two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at Jasper and Main. Involved was a 2002 Ford carryall driven by Kendra D. Montz, 44, Redmon. The second vehicle was a 2006 Chrysler driven by Sara L. Russell, 39, Clinton, Ind. Damage occurred to both vehicles. Montz was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and released on a notice to appear in court.

Jan. 13, at 5:52 p.m., a two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred at 692 U.S. Highway 150. The first vehicle involved was a 2001 Buick sedan driven by Wilma F. Warner, 82, 704 E. Court Street. The second vehicle was a 2013 GMC pickup driven by Robert D. Cottrell, 42, 1604 S. Central. Damage occurred to both vehicles. Warner was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and was released on a notice to appear in court.
