Edgar County Community Foundation makes donation to Paris Soup Kitchen

Edgar County Community Foundation awarded Helping Hands, Paris’ new soup kitchen, funding to purchase a large freezer and shelving for food storage. Friends, supporters and board members of the soup kitchen recently gathered to dedicate and celebrate the opening of the ministry.
